These terms govern your use of the Sahraye apps and website (the "Service"), operated in Pakistan. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
1. The Service
Sahraye is a technology platform that connects customers with independent drivers, couriers, merchants, hosts, and service professionals for rides, deliveries, purchases, short-term stays, and home services. Sahraye facilitates these connections; the underlying transportation, goods, accommodation, or services are provided by the independent party you are matched with.
2. Your account
- You must be 18 or older to use Sahraye.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure.
- One person, one account. Duplicate or fraudulent accounts may be suspended.
3. Pricing & payment
- For rides, courier, and freight, the fare is the amount agreed between you and the driver through the in-app offer process before the job begins.
- Food and shop deliveries carry a fixed delivery fee shown before you order.
- Payment is cash on delivery and/or your in-app wallet balance. Wallet credits have no cash value outside the platform except where required by law.
4. Community rules
- Treat drivers, customers, merchants, hosts, and professionals with respect.
- No fraudulent orders, fake offers, or manipulation of ratings or rewards.
- No illegal items in deliveries; no unlawful use of any part of the Service.
- Safety features (verification, ride PIN, SOS) must not be misused or circumvented.
5. Drivers, merchants, hosts & professionals
Earning partners are independent providers, not employees of Sahraye. Partners must complete identity verification, maintain any legally required licences, and comply with platform policies. Commission and settlement terms are shown in the partner app.
6. Cancellations & disputes
Cancellation rules are shown in-app per service. If something goes wrong, report the trip or order from the app — our team reviews every report and may adjust wallets, suspend accounts, or take other appropriate action.
7. Liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sahraye is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the acts or omissions of independent providers, and our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount of the transaction giving rise to it.
8. Termination
You can stop using Sahraye and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or put the community at risk.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, in-app notice. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
