How does naming my own fare work?

You propose a price when you book. Nearby drivers see your offer and either accept it or counter. Accept a counter, send your own, or wait for more offers. The fare locks before the trip starts and never changes mid-ride.

What is the ride PIN?

A 4-digit code shown in your app when a driver is assigned. Give it to the driver at pickup, and the trip can't start without it, which guarantees you're in the right car.

Can I track my ride live?

Yes. Every trip has a live map, so you'll see your driver arrive and follow the whole route with a road-routed ETA, and you can share it with family in one tap.
