Rides & deliveries
How does naming my own fare work?
When you book a ride, courier or freight job you propose a price. Nearby drivers see your offer and either accept it or send a counter-offer. You can accept a counter, send your own, or wait for more offers — the fare is locked before the trip starts and never changes mid-ride.
Is the delivery fee for food and shopping negotiable?
No — food and shop deliveries use one flat, clearly shown delivery fee so your dinner never gets surge-priced. Negotiation applies to rides, courier and freight.
Can I track my ride or order live?
Yes. Every trip and order has a live map — you'll see your driver or rider move in real time, along with a road-routed ETA. You can also share any trip with family in one tap.
What is the ride PIN?
A 4-digit code shown in your app when a driver is assigned. Give it to the driver at pickup — the trip can't start without it, which guarantees you're in the right car.
Payments & wallet
How do I pay?
Cash on delivery is accepted everywhere. You also have an in-app Sahraye wallet — credits, refunds and rewards land there and can be spent on the platform.
Do you store my card details?
No. We never ask for card or bank details, so there's nothing to store and nothing to steal.
I was charged the wrong amount — what do I do?
The agreed fare is recorded in the app before every trip. If what you paid doesn't match, report the trip from your Activity screen and our team will review it — every report is read by a human.
Account
How do I create an account?
Download the app and sign up with your phone number — one account works across rides, food, shopping, stays and services.
How do I delete my account?
You can request deletion at any time — see the delete account page. Requests are verified and processed within 30 days.
Is my personal data shared?
Only the minimum needed per job — for example, your first name and drop-off point go to your assigned driver. We never sell personal data. The privacy policy has the full detail.
Driving & earning
How do I become a driver?
Sign up in the app, verify your identity (CNIC, licence and vehicle details), and go online. Most drivers are approved and earning within days.
How and when do I get paid?
Earnings settle to your in-app wallet the moment a job completes. Cash fares you keep immediately; wallet balances pay out weekly or on demand.
Can I choose which kinds of work I get?
Yes — opt into any mix of rides, food, shop deliveries, courier and freight, and change it whenever you like.
Stays
How do bookings work?
Browse stays on the map, pick your dates and send a booking request. The host confirms in the app and you'll get every update, plus direct chat with your host.
How do I list my property?
Register as a host from the app's onboarding, verify your identity, and publish your listing — it appears to guests as soon as it's approved.
